# $Enjimon

An $Enjimon is a unique non-interchangeable unit of living digital data **alive** on the blockchain. $Enjimon took refuge behind the protection of the Secure Hash ***Algorithm*** 1 technology inherent to cryptographic wallets. Secured from their enemy, the Maxies, but dependent on their Wallet owner for survival. $Enjimon requires a nutrient called UUJI that can be harvested and fed to the living asset. Once provided, a portion of UUJI is consumed and destroyed (burned), while the remaining parts are escrowed to the $Enjimon, powering and enabling it to unlock unimagined potential.

Because of the nature of blockchain technology & the properties of cryptographic wallets, transferring UUJI to $Enjimon requires the wallet owner's signature. Humans & $Enjimon must partner together in the face of the Central Authority species known as The Maxis and gather the powerful Ancient $Enjimon artifacts, keeping the world free from Central control. Outside of their homeworld Iarci $Enjimon can survive for a time before reaching Immutable Death. Immutable Death renders a $Enjimon useless; trainers can not interact nor transfer the $Enjimon from its cryptographic tomb. Each $Enjimon has unique attribute values; Health, Attack, Defense, Sex, Level, and Endurance. The $Enjimons endurance level determines the rate of life for each $Enjimon. It can only be increased by leveling up your $Enjimon or feeding it rare Elixer Crystals. The prerequisite action of consuming UUJI combined with the escrowing of the remaining part refills its Endurance meter extending the life of your $Enjimon.
